80wm Terms and Conditions – Platform Rules and Rights

By creating an account on 80wm, access the platform, or use any available service, the user confirms having read, understood, and fully accepted these Terms and Conditions, as well as the Privacy Policy and the specific rules of each product.

To use the 80wm, the user must meet the following eligibility requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age;
• Be a Brazilian resident with an active and valid CPF;
• Not be under an active self-exclusion on any betting platform;
• Not be an employee, service provider, or immediate family member of an 80wm staff member;
• Have the legal capacity to enter into contracts under Brazilian law.

Each user is entitled to only one active account at 80wm, linked to your CPF. Registering multiple accounts under the same person — regardless of name, email, phone number, or address used — is strictly prohibited and subject to the immediate closure of all accounts involved, with pending balances frozen during the investigation.

At the time of registration, the user must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information, including:

• Full name as shown on your ID document;
• A valid CPF active with the Receita Federal;
• Date of birth;
• An active email address used exclusively by the account holder;
• Brazilian mobile phone number.

The user is responsible for keeping their login credentials (email and password) secure. The 80wm is not responsible for unauthorized access resulting from the user's own negligence with their credentials. If you suspect unauthorized access, contact support immediately.

A 80wm accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively in BRL through the following payment methods:

• Pix: instant deposit; withdrawal processed in up to 5 minutes;
• Boleto bancário: credited within 1 business day after payment is confirmed;
• Credit/debit card: immediate credit to the account balance;
• PicPay and Mercado Pago: subject to the method's availability in the user's account;
• TED transfer: credited within 1 business day (Nubank, Itaú, Bradesco, Banco do Brasil, and other banks).

The minimum deposit amount is R$ 20.00. The minimum withdrawal amount is R$ 30.00. There are no fees for Pix withdrawals. For TED withdrawals, a fee of R$ 5.00 per transaction may apply, as shown in the current rate table available in the account area.

Withdrawals are processed exclusively to accounts matching the account holder's identity — the Pix key, bank account, or card must be in the name of the CPF holder on file. The 80wm does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts.

All bets placed on 80wm — both pre-match and live — are final once confirmed by the user. Confirmed bets cannot be cancelled or changed by the user, except through the cash out feature where available for the event in question.

A 80wm reserves the right to:

• Cap the maximum bet amount per event or market;
• Refuse bets it identifies as suspicious of match manipulation;
• Void bets placed at incorrect odds published due to a technical error;
• Adjust bet outcomes when irregularities in an event are proven.

For events that are canceled, postponed by more than 24 hours, or permanently abandoned, all open bets are voided and amounts are returned to the user's wallet within 24 hours. Bets on markets already settled before the interruption — such as the first-half result — remain valid.

For live bets, confirmation is based on the odds available at the exact moment the confirm button is clicked. If the odds change between selection and confirmation, the system notifies the user and asks whether they accept the new price before finalizing the bet.

The Live Casino games, slots, crash games, Poker, and jackpot titles available on 80wm are provided by certified suppliers with audited RNG (random number generator). The RTP (return to player) for each game is available in the game information section on the platform.

For progressive jackpot games, the accumulated prize is distributed according to each game's specific rules. If a technical failure occurs during a jackpot round that prevents normal settlement, the wagered amount is returned to the user's balance. Jackpots won during confirmed system technical failures are not valid.

The poker available on 80wm follows standard Texas Hold'em and Omaha rules. The platform charges rake according to the table available in the poker section of your account. Collusion between players, use of prohibited assistance software, and any unauthorized computational advantage are grounds for immediate account closure.

A 80wm offers bonuses and promotions subject to specific terms published at the time of each offer. The general conditions that apply to all bonuses are:

• Only users with a verified account in good standing may redeem bonuses;
• Each bonus may be redeemed only once per user, CPF, IP address, and device;
• The welcome bonus is 100% of your first deposit, up to R$ 500.00;
• The standard rollover is 5× the bonus amount on Sports Betting with minimum odds of 1.50 per selection;
• The rollover must be completed within 30 calendar days from the date the bonus is credited;
• Casino bets contribute 10% toward the rollover, unless otherwise stated in the promotion;
• Bonuses not completed within the deadline are automatically canceled without further notice.

Specific promotions — such as cashback, free bets, reload bonuses, and Brasileirão promotions — have their own terms published with each offer. In the event of a conflict between the general terms and the specific terms of a promotion, the specific terms prevail.

• Deposit limit: configurable by daily, weekly, or monthly period. Decreases take effect immediately; increases require a 72-hour waiting period;
• Bet limit: maximum stake per individual bet;
• Loss limit: maximum loss amount per configured period;
• Temporary self-exclusion: 24-hour, 7-day, or 30-day breaks, activated with a single click;
• Permanent self-exclusion: permanent account closure, which is irreversible.

A 80wm actively monitors betting patterns that may indicate problem gambling behavior and reserves the right to proactively reach out to identified users, as well as to impose limits or temporary suspensions when necessary to protect the player.

The platform is exclusively for users aged 18 and over. Any attempt to circumvent this restriction will result in immediate account closure and a refund of the original deposited balance, with cancellation of any bonuses and winnings obtained during the violation.

Users may request account closure at any time by contacting 80wm. The available balance (excluding uncompleted bonuses) will be returned via Pix or TED within 5 business days after closure is confirmed.

A 80wm may suspend or close accounts without prior notice in cases of:

• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or use of third-party personal data;
• Registration of multiple accounts by the same user;
• Providing false information during registration or KYC verification;
• Abusive behavior toward the support team;
• Use of automated software, bots, or any technical resource to gain an unfair advantage;
• Violation of any clause of these Terms and Conditions.

In cases of account closure due to a violation, balances derived from irregular bets may be withheld during the investigation. Confirmed deposit balances may be returned after the review is completed, at the discretion of the 80wm.

A 80wm is not responsible for losses resulting from bets placed based on third-party information, external tips, or betting strategies. Betting involves real financial risk and the user is solely responsible for their own betting decisions.

The platform does not guarantee uninterrupted service availability. Scheduled maintenance is communicated in advance. Technical issues that prevent users from cashing out or closing Live Betting bets may result in the bet being voided and the balance returned, but do not entitle the user to any compensation for unrealized expected winnings.

Under no circumstances will 80wm will not be liable for indirect damages, loss of expected profits, or moral damages arising from use of the platform beyond the limits established by applicable Brazilian law.

A 80wm may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated by email to the address on file and through a notice on the platform at least 15 days before taking effect.

Continued use of the platform after the effective date of the updated terms constitutes acceptance of the changes. If you do not agree with the new terms, you must close your account before the effective date and request a withdrawal of your available balance.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil. For the resolution of any dispute arising from these terms, the parties choose the jurisdiction of the district of São Paulo — SP, expressly waiving any other, however privileged it may be.

A 80wm operates in compliance with Brazilian sports betting regulations and the anti-money laundering standards established by the Banco Central do Brasil and the Financial Activities Control Council (COAF).
